Vintage Racing Cobra & Jaguar

I am interested in participating in vintage racing in 96. I have been 
racing Formula Fords and Formula Dodges for about three years. I live 
in NYC and currently own a 69 Jaguar E-type and a replicar Cobra.  
Would either of these cars qualify for vintage racing? If so could you 
point me in the direction of a club or group which sanctions these 
events.  
    Do VSCCA or SVRA run these types? 
    Which class do they belong in?
   
     Any help would be appreciated.
