I have such a coating on my garage floors. It is called NITOKOTE.
It's been down since 1986 and is everything it's cracked up to be.
It is made here in New Zealand by Healings, an international company
with its headquarters, I think, in the UK. I believe Healing products
are also manufactured in the US.
I have spilled petrol and paint thinners on it.
I bleed brake fluid on it.... regularly. Mops up. No stain.
I've even dropped red-hot metal on it (which gave it a few brown spots)
but other than that, no marks.
It's a two-pot mix. One undercoat and two top-coats.
Comes in several colours. I chose Sage Green. Easy on the eye.
I give it 99% out of 100.

In NZ it is also used in car showrooms and aircraft hangars,
where hot wet tyres are prone to lifting regular paints.

BTW, I also acid etched (HCl) the floors before putting it down.
It sticks like *s--t* to a blanket!
