For the last 5 years I have ben using a friends '93 Ford 150 long bed, king 
cab pickup with the 5 litre inline 6....I'm only towing an open trailer with 
a Lotus 51 so it is not as heavy as some of the other loads being described, 
but it sure goes down the road and up the hills with out ever breathing 
hard.And It has tons of  torque . Towing from Bay area to Seattle at 70MPH it 
got 16-17 MPG...And I never knew the trailer was there.I'm told that is the 
motor UPS uses in their trucks...
