Looks like I got one bit of info wrong.. It is closer to I-76 than I-80.
Exit 33 on I-81
I looked up this site originally,  because it was mentioned in the last WDC
Region magazine as an alternate site for MARRS race. So, it looks like they
are expecting course approval.
