While the Lotus Cortina may never be the featured marque at Steve Earle's
party, they were prominently featured at Goodwood this year, where there
were at least five very quick Cortinas present.
Right there alongside five C-type Jaguars, five D-types, 6 Maserati 250Fs,
some 30 F1 cars of the '61-'65 period and various and sundry other exotica .
. . including one lonely Triumph Spitfire. Fortunately, they weren't all
assigned to the same race group.
