Two things you can do:
1) Virus check your computer. If you don't have a virus scanner, you can
download a free cleaner for the top ten worms/viruses from McAfee:
http://vil.nai.com/vil/averttools.asp#stinger
2) Go to www.microsoft.com, and download and install the patch appropriate
for your operating system.
