eBay reports a surge in fraudulent sales and cons.  And the "Nigerian Prince" 
scam still must be setting the hook in suckers because at least once a month 
I get an invitation to help out some bereft diplomat at profit to myself...if 
I will kindly advance a sum of my own....

Do not send money off to parties unknown unless you can bear to see neither 
money or goods.  Just because they have a URL doesn't mean they are legit.
