    Contributors

This page has been a collaborative effort, and the maintainer thanks everyone who contributed in any way, directly or indirectly. However, special thanks must be given to "Tiger" Tom Erhart, Rex Funk, Chris McGovern, Mike Taylor, Tom Wiencek, Tony Leeming, Dan Levitin, and Jarrid Gross. Without their unbelievably generous input, this page would be so much the lesser. Also deserving mention are our illustrious enablers: Mark Bradakis, on whose server these files reside; Roger Garnett, the all-around answer man; and anyone who contributed to the disk fund. "Thanks, and a tip o' the hat" to all the contributors and enablers; there's a homebrewed beer in my fridge with your name on it should we ever happen to meet.
