After rebuilding my engine and finally getting it started, the valve rockers
seem to be a little funky. When tighten the rocker supports to spec, the
rockers are too tight and the valves remain open slightly. Right now, I
don't have any washers at the bottom the rocker supports - there weren't any
when I took the engine apart.

Any insight is appreciated...
