Throttle Linkage

  On a series 5, is the firewall throttle linkage bracket attached using
  gromets or just with nuts bolts and washers. Mine has pulled loose and
  there appears to be some remanants of a gromet but it may have been a DPO
  mod. If there is a gromet, should there be a little play or wiggle in
  the bracket?
