We assume that you dont run pure STP in your sump, as we also
assume you know which oil to run and at which temperatures.
We also assume you know better than to plug your oil galleys
in order to get a false sense of security in gauging your engines
future life expectancy.
All this said, 50+ PSI at cruising speed is the best way to keep
an early motor happy and running for a long time.
Although discussions like this are quite relevant to the list in
general,
it is usually considered impolite to copy private e-mail
