I too have door locks that wouldn't lock. After seeing your post, I wound
down the windows, and shined a light inside the door. Sure enough, I saw
both rod hanging down from the inside. Thanks, I was ready to order new
handles, locks, and keys. One question,though. What do I do to reattach
them?

Did the body shop have to do any work on or inside the doors?

If so, they may have ommited installing the little rod that connects
the lock assy in the handle to the latch assy.

Thats about all it could be.
