i need to know the max bore i can have with stock pistons.
i have a set of extra standard bore pistons, and a block with stock
bores that will need a heavy hone to get the bores in shape. i think they
will clean up well at .003-.005 over.
will this work, or is a .020 over bore and pistons in order. i don't
plan to beat on this engine, when built, if that means anything. if this
is doable, will there be a need for special rings??? or other mods to
make it work right??
