Andrew,
Why would you use a 2-cycle pre-mix to break-in your engine??? I would
say that you have some bad gasoline or your fuel lines need cleaning
and/or tank cleaning. I verify your jetting, manually put in some good
gas in the weber and run it again. I don't think it's your jetting at
all.
