Bob,
The Tonneau and the soft top are meant to be used seperately as they both
attach to the rear deck clips and posties that run along the car. The
tonneau is designed to cover the tub and has a zipper that runs down the
middle of the car so you can drive it with the passenger seat covered. Vic
Luary says it makes you feel like batman when you are driving the car.
Both tops have a flat metal bar that latch to the rear clips and they cannot
be used together.
