I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one. I'm also sorry to hear Chris K.
already tried the high-volume route. I'd considered that as the next
experiment. I'm hoping the same problem won't surface with the SUs.
The only other thing I could think of was perhaps something in the
engine bay to the left of the engine (hood stick?) was fouling the coil
or distributor, somehow causing a short which is not present when the
car's stationary or at least not in a hard left turn. Certainly has me
stumped!
