But, there isn't much more there than a recital of how John Denver died
(fuel switch in a really, really bad location) and some moralizing on bad
user interfaces.

The thing I've always wondered is, did JD know that the plane had been
"improved", and that (according to other articles I've read, not mentioned
here) the "improvement" was why a previous owner had decided to sell the
plane?
