We use an ATI on the TR3 I fond the clearance to the shock tower cross tube,to
close . I removed it and cut a section out of the backside and boxed it by
reversing the cutout. Now there is enough room to change the belt. The center
tie rod assembly was gently massaged  and the toe in adjusted. I then moved
the timing pointer to the top. I fond now problems timing the engine.
