chuck, from what i understand of your intended modification, there's
absolutely no problem with it whatsoever. looking at other cars'
precedences,for example, take a look at the ever popular early camaros,
such as bobby sykes' (67? d/bgalt?) altered. original 67-69 camaros have
their grill is set back about 6" from the leading edge of the body, and
just about everyone blocks the grill (and headlights) flush with the
leading edge, and it also sounds like your mod is in compliance with the
rulebook- whats fair is fair !
