List; I now know what is wrong with my cage. Although the cage is 1 5/8 the 
double tube frame is 1 1/2. Since the cage is attached to the frame, it is 
considered 1 1/2 and limited to 175 mph. I am assuming that if I add another 
1 1/2 tube lying along the top tube to which the cage is attached tech will 
be able to realize that two 1 1/ 2 tubes are stronger than 1 1 5/8. I hope.
