Yeah that was the answer I was looking for.  And yes you did catch the
old drag racer instincts coming out in me. I like the way you pointed
the finger on the 3 step box without pointing at someone just the
general direction of Alabama. LOL. I was thinking of the
distributorless ignition systems we are seeing more of and this
eliminating the phase error. With the computer being able to tune each
cylinders individual timing characteristics, lots of time, and dollars
one could possibly extract every ounce of horsepower.  But hey that's
where the technology is headed. I feel like it's running off and
leaving me!
