Dick,
I just fixed my leak problem around the screws by using 3/4" 10-32
setscrews and JB Weld.
Just mix up the JB, put a little on the end of the setscrew and screw it
in.......leakage is over! (as soon as it sets up)
Oh!, use washers and self locking nuts to secure the discs.

You can also use a little silicone around the screws and nylon washers and
that works too.

Dzus buttons are a better idea!
