  Okay so what prevents Say John Rains from showing up with his E/blown sedan
and proceeding to set all the records in coupe, altered and c/c from E clear
threw AA at say 230mph. How many people are going to be coming to run  with
records like that on the books.  Not that I will ever see Maxton as I left NC
Camp Lejune in 1968 and don't plan on going back. Kvach
