Sorry, the 1941 Cadillac was too late.

The Baker 1916/17 got a preselect transmission, which was not a Automatic 
transmission.

The first series production car worldwide, which was available with a automatic 
transmission was in 1938 the Oldsmobile 6-Cylinder from the General Motors 
concern.
