doesn't lowering your fuel temps help lower the air/fuel mix temps by 
cooling the air faster from the refrigeration effects of liquid fuel 
changing to a vapor?
  (ummm there must be a more scientific description of this effect, I just 
can't think of it right now....)  and I am not sure of the amount of 
cooling that this would bring about either....
