         just this summer I was standing in my back yard as "Aluminium 
Overcast"  the restored B-17 flew out of our airport, he was at around 500 
ft going directly over head, what a GREAT sound that was, brought tears to 
my eyes...
         I've also been brought to a very awake condition, when a C-47, one 
that we sport parachute jump from, does a full throttle high speed pass 
over the camping area at 6:00 AM at around 200 feet....cuts right through 
the beer fog from the night before....
