To be fair, I think Mayf didn't intend his study to be the answer to what
caused this particular accident-- just the parachute deployment forces that
should be considered to prevent AN accident in the future.

Mayf,  there is no doubt that your expertise could
help in chute system design,  BUT you might want to
know WHAT KIND of chute failure you are solving

I mean it would be like publishing an essay on engine
failures,  unless you know what failed it would be tough
to think that you had the answer to the failures
