Keith;
Probably the last thing you have thought about is running the
engine too cool. That is a real possability given the water
capacity of your tank - especially if you add a radiator. That
car was designed to run a cool turbo motor, and you may never
get temps above 160 with a N/A motor. I assume the Rodeck
needs to be pressurised to eliminate hot spots in the heads?
Could you put a bleed valve (I use a radiator petcock) at the
highest point of the engine, and then put a schrader valve in
the tank cap to pressurise to whatever you need? Just a few
random thoughts............
