All pro,s  only con is price ,compaired to  older types there main job is to 
create less friction so as the turbo spools up quicker if you can afford 
them  the ceramic bearing type offer even better performance than steel ball 
bearings , add a water cooled jacket around the whole deal and coking almost 
dissapears and you have a far more realiable turbo
the bussa will have a garrett GT 35 with a GT 40 compressor  and or  T61 
nice map for an all out up top use  and an A/R  of .85 optional 1.05 hey Joe 
check out the garrett GT 30 475HP with an A/R of .65 for the zx10
