Would somebody kindly explain to me how applying the maximum amount of
torque that the tires can stand with the available traction can be
considered slowing down? Torque limiting not braking control. Would TL have
prevented Seth or Earl"s incident? It has been dicussed about areo lifting
the rear of the vehicle at speed. TL would limit speed if lift caused
excessive tire spin, which would be extremely dangerous at high speed. Then
you need better aero or more weight depending on class. Not suggesting
anyone break rules, just don't understand resistance to change of rules.
