Would Buckey Balls work? Or are they too stable. Sure heat the carbon aand
burn it with the laser. Heck mix it with water. Use the laser light to
disassoicate the water, burn the carbon with the o2 and recombine the
hydrogen as well with atmospheric o2. No need to rely on foreign oil at all.
Now all we need is....
