Mechanics Gloves

Ok, you's guys & gals any experience with the "new" mechanics gloves? I know 
"real" mechanics ,yeah you too KT, prolly don't even use the nitrile rubber 
ones. And sports guys like The Babe,and Mickey,would shudder the thought,as 
would Smokey.

But was wondering if Mechanix Wear or similar types actually are worth as a 
Christmas gift? Pleez no OJ jokes. LOL
