Glen,

Thanks for passing the word along. I knew he was not well. I had heard
that he was suffering from Alzheimer's among other things. I think he was
89 or 90 years of age.

Ak was my good friend for many years. He had a big influence on my early
days in this sport. Ak was an innovator and applied his talents to many
different forms of racing. He will be missed by many.
