"TUNING BL's A-SERIES ENGINE" by David Vizard isbn #0-85429-732-4

488 pages of solid, factual modifications for the various incarnations
of the "A" series engine. Cams, carbs, headers, intake tuning, head
choices, as well as head porting, piston choices and modifications,
valve sizes and types, ignitions, etc.

All modifications either dyno or flow bench tested, and results graphed
and published.

TTUL8r, Kirk Cowen (who's been told by Vizard's secretary that he's
                      working on the third edition...)
