Hey Guys,
Got this out of one of my reference books.  The above is correct, but in
addition, you are converting a solid rod to a column with (counting the stub
axle) 3 load bearing sides.  As to the question of the cheap material
used....who knows? There was probably a sale on that week end somewhere and
they bought a boat load of the stuff!!!!
