Carl,
This past weekend I attended a car shown down here in Daytona Beach 
Florida.  Although there were mostly domestic cars, there were a couple 
of foreigns.  I saw three B's.  Anyway, after reading your message, I 
remember that one of the B's had its aerial in a wierd place.  It was 
behind the passenger, on the waist panel (MOss calls it the rear deck) 
right behind those chrome fastners for the soft top.  I guess this way 
you would have pretty good access to mount the aerial.  Of course it 
changes the appearance of the car.  Just a suggestion!!
