Actually he is very close to right. GTO stands for Gran Turismo Omologato, (as
close as lack of Italian allows me to get). Was swiped from the Ferrari
250GTO. On the Fazazz signified that it was homologated(qualified to compete)
in FIA GT class of the time. John
