I assume you mean a car being towed here.  I had a Chrysler Minivan, it's 
little four popper couldn't tow a chevette...  My Exploere however can tow 
that, or trailers, boats...  Etc.  (And yes I have towed, and used my 4wd.)  I 
live in Colorado.  In the w
inter my MG stays in the garage and I drive my beater Toyota, in bad weather I 
drive the truck...

I learned to drive in a Suburban and love them. My only regret with my Explorer 
is that it is too small.  (Max tow capacity with the rear end I have is 
3500lbs.  I could borrow a camper from my parents, but it wieghs 3600 lbs.  
With the other rear end it 
would tow 5000lbs.  A minivan won't do that...)

As far as the high headlights go, that is what the little flip lever on the 
back of your mirror is for...
