I think you want the article on tuning the late 70's models, entitled 
"Those Damned Zenith Strombergs".  You can email John Twist at 
VRHS43A@prodigy.com and get a copy.  It's also posted somewhere, though I 
don't currently have the URL.

You also need a carb adjusting tool ($9 or so) for them.
