Those of us that are on the twin cam BBS or the mgt-abc list
sponsered by Yahoo can do exactly that.
My ISP offers as part of the basic internet access 10 MB of
web space for web pages, and files. Using it isn't really
any harder than moving files around on several different
hard disk drives, copying to a floppy disk, or downloading
files.

P.S. No free internet access here. It's all buy the service
or use long distance (toll) to access some of the free ones.
