The typical BOP 215 CI or Rover 3.5L aluminum V8 produces around 175 to
200 hp.  And TONS of torque.  What's torque?  FUN.

The Rover engine comes in various configurations.  3.5L, 3.9L, 4.0L,
4.6L.  The typical output would be from 175 hp to over 300 hp depending
on the block you start with and the money you spend.

If you want simple (and cheaper), put a blower on a B engine.  That's
gotta be one sweet setup.
