In the event you actually determine your speedometer is inaccurate,
after following all of the excellent advice regarding calibration, I
suggest contacting the folks at XKs Unlimited in San Luis Obisbo,
California (http://www.xks.com).  In addition to being an excellent
source for the Jaguars (and Land Rovers), they are pretty much the
experts on all Smiths guages.  I believe the web site provides more
information.
