myself, i don't understand a vendor not at least monitoring the List...
on the VW bus lists i am on, SEVERAL vendors answer questions, respond to
both criticism and praise and offer DISCOUNTS to List members.
to not do so seems to me to be BAD BUSINESS. trust me, i would sooner give
my ol' truck budget $$$ to a List-savvy vendor than otherwise.
if they don't care about this resource as something to be nurtured, then
they will eventually be left to rot.
