Amen. I've been on this wonderful list for several years now, and I'm
disappointed to see it split up. Selfishly, thank goodness I'm a couple of
weeks from finishing my restoration. Because there's no way, absolutely no
way, I could have ever done it without this e-mail list and all the help from
*everybody*. Tips for *all* the trucks applied to my advance design project.
To see it split up is bad (IMHO). I've always taken the annoying ebay mails
because it means I get all the wonderful other things the list provides. Very
simple. Thanks everybody for all the help the last three years!!!! I really
appreciate it.

hey ALL, Mrs. Tim here. I have followed this thread, and have followed others
like it. I am also on several different lists. and we get tons of email between
the 2 of us. We use the delete key lots and lots, but there are others that
read each post they get. there is no right or wrong way to do email. Eventually
we all find the way we want to do the email list thing. I love seeing the posts
from all the different groups of trucks, and the LOVE the jokes, and occasional
you know what my kid did thing....
I certainly realize that many others don't have time to be bothered with all the
drivel..
Here is my suggestion ..... take it as you like it. remember I know that people
either like me or think I am a witch.....

if Rob feels he wants to subdivide and go with one list. which he certainly has
the right and freedom to do. So be it. I am sure there are many many people on
the growing list that would gladly follow. maybe that it was it needed.
Here is the second part of my thoughts
the list as we have it now... or some one else start a similar list. for what we
have now. everything old trucks. even go as far as for it to be ok for jokes and
off subject matter. as long as people aren't being flamed and having all out
verbal fights on list.. go for it.
everyone has the freedom of speech 'tis true. and everyone is entitled to his or
her opinion. Keep is nice, fair, and non trashing a person personally, and give
it a go.
There is much to learn from each other about the subject you so much love. Old
trucks.
sheesh our old truck is lovingly in parts yet. with the thoughts of restoring it
all original. but also desires of modifying it. sigh... slow and wonderful
project. I guess I will step off the soap box now. Must be a full moon coming up
soon. ( reason for all the animosity on the list) When you get the members to a
list up in the 400-600 range this happens all the time. even as much as 2 times
a month or more. is normal and will continue. ya just have to learn to use the
delete key. there is so much info to learn form each other!!!!!!
