Go to the Menue Bar and click Tools then select Options.
Then Choose the Signatures Tab from the window that pops up.
Click New and type anything you want as your signature.
Then name it (mine is Truck).
Then to use it write your message and select the insert button.
(use the arrow side of the button if you have more than one signature)
And it will automatically paste the signature into your letter where the
cursor is.
