I installed three-point belts in my '54 pickup last fall (just in time for
the first snow).  I bought them from Juliano's, for about $190 for two
belts with shipping.  Installation was fairly easy, following their
instructions plus an article from Custom Classic Trucks.  I didn't weld
anything (though it's recommended for a safer install), just drilled some
holes and bolted on the kit.  I feel much safer now than I did with the
lap belts my dad installed before he gave me the truck.
