Well, I ended up paying the whole bill. The Owner apologized but never
offered to work anything out (nor did I ask), but I could tell that he
genuinely didn't understand I hadn't wanted him to move into those
areas. From now on, I will do as suggested and write it out, even to the
extent to say do no do THIS, heh. Thanks.

Bill - btw, it looked great, so how could I complain?
