I am sure Many of us were waiting to hear, that you are working the problem.
I have to sympathize with the person making the installation expecting
,maybe by assumption, that all parts to do the job are in the kit, I have
done that many times and as a professional it is very annoying to leave the
job and run to the store for a couple screws or bolts. I sure at the price a
couple nickle bolts or screws won't upset the apple cart and probly make
more satisfied customers.
