HI
We Have the best luck with Rust-XO or Rustoleum for rusty metal reduced 30
to 50 % with Xelene. Use both primer and Black. Wire brush entire frame ,
wire brush on 4 1/2 grinder works well and small end brushes in a 1/4 "
mini-grinder for tight places. Wash down with soap and water and degrease
any greasy spots with a mixture of MEK and Naphtha and blow down everything
prior to priming. Have fun.
