Chris,
You can read the installation instructions on the Mini Mania web page.  At
least the MM kit takes some tweaking.
I can't wait for Larry to get his car together and tell us what he thinks
of the brake conversion.

For now I am off the big brake trip, I have braided lines, will soon
install stiffer front springs and good shocks and see how it brakes then.
I'll probably try some sort of different pads too before I go to the big
brakes.
But it sure is nice to know such a conversion is out there.
